Program Information
The Dallas submissive Mentor Program is designed for bottoms / submissive / slaves who are serious about their personal growth and are willing to dedicate a substantial amount of time to their personal development. This comprehensive program is a year long study under the supervision of senior community members.
The program provides participants the opportunity to learn the different emotional and mental aspects of the submissive lifestyle as well as skills to enhance personal relationships.
The program includes weekend sessions focusing on specific service skills and practicum sessions.
Participants move through three tiers of training.
Tier 1: - Boot Camp
Tier 2: - One on One Training with a Mentor
Tier 3: - A Wrap Up Session
BOOT CAMP is a three month training module designed to provide a solid overview and foundation to bottoms / submissive / slaves in the BDSM lifestyle. It is a prerequisite program. Apprentices must pass through this phase before moving on to the core program.
Three Boot Camp Mentors work as a team to guide participants through a regimented study program. The Boot Camp provides a foundation into the mental aspects of submission, building D/s relationships, and sexuality, wellness and heath within our lifestyle.
Boot camp prepares participants to move on into the One-on-One Mentor's core program.
CORE Program:
The Core Program is a nine month training program. Each month an apprentice is paired with a senior Mentor who trains the apprentice for the month. At the month's end, the apprentice rotates to a new mentor.
The Mentors are carefully chosen for their unique lifestyle and proven abilities. The idea is to provide a broad introduction to the different cultures and perspectives of submission within the BDSM world.
Each mentor has agreed to share their particular perspective of the lifestyle they live, teach a skill and the specific safety issues or techniques that concern that skill. In addition, each Mentor has agreed to teach their personal passion to the apprentice.
WRAP UP
The nine month "one-on-one" training concludes with a session by a set of Mentors who address intermediate and advanced topics. Topics include: Relationship Conflict Resolution, submissive ethics and leadership in the BDSM community.
Program and Associated Cost:
The program is free. However there are associated costs for meeting room rentals, snacks and food. All are expected to contribute toward this cost. There is an initial $25.00 non-refundable registration fee. Registration fee is payable at the first Orientation meeting.
